Clean waiver: NSG ban a betrayal, says Anil Kakodkar

The former chairman of Indian's Atomic Energy Commission, Anil Kakodkar, tells NDTV that the decision of the Nuclear Suppliers Group to ban the transfer of sensitive enrichment and reprocessing technologies to non-NPT states is a betrayal. Dr Kakodkar was one of the key negotiators of the nuclear deal.
