City pubs encourage a safe New Year
Police in all our cities are always on the lookout for those who break the law, but now, bars in Delhi are trying to chip in by encouraging drinkers to have a designated driver.'If you must drink more than you should not be driving', that's the message from 25 pubs and bars in Delhi. Their staff will encourage every group of customers to have one designated driver who does not drink during the celebrations.
