China intrusion: Can New Delhi really stand up to Beijing?

For the third straight day, China denied that it had crossed the line of actual control in Ladakh. It now appears that the Chinese soldiers who have set up tents in the Depsang plains area of Ladakh, just south of an Indian airstrip at Daulat Beg Oldie, are in no mood to return.
