Chaos in Bangalore due to JD(S) rally

Imagine schoolchildren leaving for home at the regular time in the afternoon and only reaching home several hours later, after dark. That was reality in Bangalore on Monday. The cause of the extra traffic was a massive rally held by the JD(S) at the Bangalore Palace grounds. And the city's roads could just not cope. The evening traffic in the city is difficult enough on a normal day - and the public meeting pushed the situation over the edge.
