CBI's third goof-up: Wanted man in NIA custody
Rajkumar Meghen, the Chairman of Manipuri militant outfit UNLF was arrested October, 2010 and has been in the custody of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) but CBI still has him listed as one of the most wanted on its website.
