Candidate Pawan Bansal, linked to scam, is open to being stoned
Former railway minister Pawan Bansal, who made it to the list of Congress candidates for next month's national election despite a cash-for-jobs scandal on his watch, today said he was "willing to be stoned" if he was found guilty of any wrongdoing.
