Calcutta High Court's Big Order In Sandeshkhali Case, Tells Bengal To Hand Over Probe To CBI

Double whammy for the TMC days ahead of polls as many fronts open in the Didi vs Centre fight. The Calcutta High Court ordered a court-monitored CBI probe into all the cases filed in Sandeshkhali, including allegations of rape, atrocities on women, and land grab. Earlier, the court handed over the case, filed after attack on ED officials, to the CBI. Amit Shah addressed a rally in Bengal's Balurghat today and raised the Sandeshkhali issue.
