European markets gain on Spain bailout talk

Ishaq Siddiqi, from ETX Capital, speaks to NDTV about European stock markets, which have traded positive on reports suggesting that Spain is moving closer to seeking a formal bailout. Spain is likely to seek a line of credit, which will then allow it to access funding from ECB. Markets have also gained on the back of positive US retail sales data.
