Today, images of a yet to be opened metro station in Delhi went viral after it was flooded. Earlier this week, we saw pictures of fish swimming around in the ICU of Patna's second largest hospital as large parts of the city were flooded. On Monday, Lucknow saw its heaviest rain this season with most city areas witnessing flood-like situation and schools were closed today. Tonight on Livestream, we ask, why do our cities crumble in this manner? Why are problems an annual affair during monsoon season?
