BR Gavai On SC/ST Act: "I Have Seen The Provisions Being Misused"
In an exclusive conversation with NDTV, former Chief Justice of India Justice BR Gavai discusses the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and concerns over its alleged misuse. Justice Gavai says he has seen cases where the provisions were misused, but stresses that this cannot be a reason to invalidate the law.
