Bombay HC gives SEBI till Sept 30 to decide on MCX

Finally some relief for the upcoming equity exchange MCX-SX. The Bombay High court has accepted its petition against market regulator SEBI and directed the regulator to make its stance clear by September 30, 2010 if MCX-SX can launch products and operationalise the equity exchange.
