BJP, Its Ally Win 2 Rajya Sabha Seats In Assam
The BJP and its ally won the 2 Rajya Sabha seats in Assam that went to polls. The winning candidates are BJP leader Pabitra Margherita and Rwngwra Narzary from BJP ally United People's Party Liberal (UPPL). "It's a win of Assam and the party workers. We are happy that the BJP and our ally UPPL have won both the seats," BJP's Pabitra Margherita said.
