Australia Social Media Ban | "Won't Be Perfect": Albanese Reacts On Social Media Ban For Under 16s Australia's Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese has explained in more detail why the country is implementing a ban on under 16 year old's using social media that comes into force on Wednesday. Albanese, speaking to the AuBC political program 'Insiders' on Sunday, said that "this is a change that hasn't come from government. This is a change that has come from parents taking what is a personal tragedy and channelling that into wanting no other parents to go through the heartbreak that they've experienced."
