Assam Flood Victim Take Shelter Besides Rail Tracks, Highway

In lower Assam, the worst-hit region by the floods, NDTV team met 300 families of flood victims, all daily wage earners, who lost their everything to flood. With no place to take refuge, they have now taken shelter on a high ground besides the rail track and a national highway - northeast key link to the rest of the country.
