Expelled DMK leader MK Alagiri and his supporters were in all-black today as they took out a "peace rally" in Chennai to the memorial of his father MK Karunanidhi, who died last month. Mr Alagiri, the older brother of DMK chief MK Stalin, claims he will have over one lakh people in his march to Marina Beach, which is widely being seen as a show of strength by the rebel leader.
