91-Year-Old Woman Survives Nepal Flood After Hours Under Water
NDTV reports from a temporary senior care facility in Nepal, where elderly survivors of the devastating floods are being cared for after their old age home was hit by the disaster.
Seven residents lost their lives, while others were rescued and are now receiving medical care and counselling. Among the survivors is a 91-year-old woman, who managed to keep her head above the floodwaters for hours before being rescued by local volunteers.
