In perhaps the biggest crisis for him and the AAP to date, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal could lose 20 of his MLAs. The 20 men were disqualified by the Election Commission for holding offices of profit as parliamentary secretaries. What does this mean? Basically if you are an MLA you cannot have another job or office of profit from where you receive a salary. It's an unprecedented scenario. As soon as the Election Commission order came the party rushed to the High Court but the court refused and asked AAP to come back on Monday.
