The person recording the video is questioning the rescue operation. The person recording the video also described the entire sequence of events in the video. The person states that the car fell into the water at 11:45 AM and that he himself was present at the scene from 12:00 PM onwards. He shows the fire department, police, ambulance, and other resources present at the scene. New pictures from the rescue operation have also emerged.
