Dubai has unveiled its latest ambitious project, Dubai Square, set to become the world's first drive-through mall. The structure spans 2.6 million square metres and is expected to open in the next three years. The innovative mall promises to offer a convenient and hassle-free experience for shoppers, making it a must-visit destination in the city while travelling.

The project is spearheaded by Mohamed Ali Alabbar, founder of Emaar Properties. In a post shared on X, he revealed that the mall will be three times the size of Downtown Dubai. Dubai Square Mall is being regarded as one of the most ambitious developments in the emirate. They have invested a total of AED180 billion in the project.
Dubai Square has been carefully designed to allow visitors to enter and navigate various sections of the mall in their own vehicles. As per a report by Arabian Business, the mall's design incorporates specialised infrastructure to support electric vehicles. What's more, Dubai Square is envisioned as a self-contained community, bringing together retail, dining, entertainment, hospitality and residential elements under a single roof.

Dubai Square is at the centre of Dubai Creek Harbour, a larger master plan that will feature hotels, residential units and scenic waterfront developments. The project boasts an impressive 7.4 million square metres of residential space, picturesque pedestrian-friendly streets and an expansive half a million square metres of lush green areas. The comprehensive development promises to create a vibrant and attractive destination, seamlessly blending a diverse mix of living, leisure and retail experiences.
The luxury mall is anticipated to draw a vibrant crowd of local shoppers, tourists and international investors.
