For missions to Croatia, Denmark, Malta, Finland, Iceland, Slovenia, Norway, and Sweden, the last day of operations at Shivaji Stadium is January 9, with applications accepted at KG Marg starting January 12. Passport collection will continue at the old centre until  January 16, after which all services will move to KG Marg from January 19.

Another group of missions - Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Malta (MES) and the Netherlands - will stop operations at Shivaji Stadium on January 16 and start at KG Marg from January 19.

To ease the transition, a complimentary transfer service will be available for a limited period for applicants who arrive at the old location due to a lack of awareness.
