Prime Minister Modi will visit Ayodhya on Nov 25 for a Ram Mandir flag hoisting, with public entry restricted until 2:30 pm. Regular darshan resumes post-ceremony; extended timings follow. Visitors must check updated guidelines and book passes online.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Ayodhya on November 25 for a ceremonial flag hoisting at the Ram Mandir. The day is culturally significant, as it marks the traditional celebration of Ram Vivah in the Hindu calendar. In preparation for Prime Minister Modi's visit, the Ram Mandir authorities have issued updated visitor guidelines due to the increased movement of officials, guests and security teams. These guidelines also affect darshan timings and entry access, with the Trust reserving the first half of the day for the event and restricting general entry until the afternoon.
Devotees planning to visit Ayodhya are advised to check the revised schedule before travelling, as hotels, transport hubs and nearby pilgrim routes are expecting a large influx of people. The updated timings aim to ensure a smooth ceremony for the over 7,500 guests and the thousands of visitors expected later in the day.
