Trinamool Congress MP Saugata Roy on Tuesday said they sent a delegation to West Bengal to inquire into the violence during and after the recent panchayat electons, no similar fact-finding team was sent to Manipur amid the ethnic clashes.

Five former Trinamool Congress leaders met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Saturday after being flown in to join the BJP in the latest round of defections from West Bengal's ruling party ahead of the state elections due in April-May.
