US Says It Will Spend $3 Billion on Electric Vehicle Battery Manufacturing
The funds are said to be allocated by the US Department of Energy from the $1 trillion (roughly Rs. 76,62,200 crore) infrastructure bill President Joe Biden signed last year. Among the initiatives will be processing of minerals for use in large-capacity batteries and recycling those batteries, according to officials.
