The Government on Wednesday approved the computerisation of all functional 63,000 Primary Agriculture Credit Societies (PACS) over the next five years. For the reform, the government has set up at a budget outlay of nearly Rs. 2,510Â crore in order to improve efficiency, transparency and accountability in PACS' operations.
