India and Bahrain have vowed to strengthen their ties in key areas like trade and counter- terrorism besides signing an agreement on the transfer of sentenced persons as External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj held "wide-ranging" talks with her Bahraini counterpart in Manama.
