  Government Nominates Anna Roy on Bank of India Board

  The government has nominated Anna Roy, Joint Secretary in the Finance Ministry, on the board of Bank of India (BoI) and India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL).

• IIFCL Posts 47% Rise in 2014-15 Profit

  India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL) on Wednesday reported a 47 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 765 crore for the year ended March 2015.

  India Infrastructure Finance Co has said its British arm, which had already sought a two-year extension for its $5-billion line of credit from RBI, is planning to seek nod for one year more on account of higher loan commitments from power sector clients and others.
