An assistant programmer of the CBI, who was arrested for allegedly selling an illicit software to penetrate 'tatkal' railway ticket reservation, has been booked in a fresh case for amassing assets to the tune of Rs 96.09 lakh which were disproportionate to his legitimate sources of income, officials said today.

The CBI has written to the US and Russia, through the Interpol, seeking information about servers on which its arrested software programmer had hosted his illegal software for subverting Tatkal ticket booking system of the Indian Railways.
