Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) founder Sharad Pawar has taken ill, his party informed today. His medical check up has shown a gall bladder problem for which he is likely to undergo surgery, the party informed. A cancer survivor, the 80-year-old former Union Minister had undergone surgery for the illness in 2004.
