A huge blast in Bangkok has killed at least 12 people and scores are injured, according to media reports. The first pictures of the streets after the explosion.
Body parts were scattered across the street after the bomb went off outside the Erawan Shrine in the downtown Chidlom district.
Resuce teams and emergency services were rushed to the spot to attend to the injured.

Destroyed two-wheelers can be seen at the site of the explosion which was cordoned off for rescue operations.
Reports said there is a crater at the site of the explosion.
