Cyclone Phailin: Odisha on high alert

Cyclone Phailin has intensified to a "severe cyclonic storm" and is expected to make landfall by Saturday evening

All 14 coastal districts in Odisha put on alert, five of them - Ganjam, Gajapati, Khurda, Puri, Jagatsinghpur - expected to be worst hit.
