Aishwarya has been involved with causes ever since she won her Miss World crown, including pledging her eyes.
Ash was recently named UNAIDS goodwill ambassador.
Aishwarya speak: "We are blessed. We are blessed because we have a chance to make a difference. And we three (Aishwarya, Vikram and Sachin) are only part of all of us, the three voices. We all can make a difference."
You can barely see the tiny tot that Ash is hugging behind the drum set but that's Anshuman, the little drummer boy, and he's all of three years old.
Sachin is impressed by tiny Anshuman as well.
