After Wisdom, MT Pavit runs aground at Juhu beach

MT Pavit, an oil tanker, which ran aground at Juhu around 11 am on Sunday is the new crowd-puller on the city's shores.Here are some aerial shots of the vessel and the crowds.

  • The ship was floating unnoticed in Indian waters for almost a fortnight after being abandoned in Oman. MT Pavit is 77 metres in length and carries 13 metric tonnes of fuel oil.
