More than two years after its launch, E100 fuel is available at just over 400 outlets across India-around 0.4% of the country's 1 lakh fuel stations. In contrast, E20 fuel is already sold at nearly 12,000 outlets, highlighting the infrastructure gap in the ethanol transition.
