Soha Ali Khan was born with a silver spoon into the Royal Family of Pataudi to cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan and veteran actress Sharmila Tagore. Her brother is the famous Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. Sister Saba Ali Khan is a jewellery designer.
She attended The British School in New Delhi and Balliol College, Oxford.
Before following her mother and brother into Bollywood, Soha worked with the Ford Foundation and Citibank. She serves on the advisory board of a new project of public entrepreneur group Res Publica
