Meet the newest Indian beauty queen

India's Shrishti Rana won the Miss Asia Pacific World pageant on October 30, 2013 in Busan, South Korea. However, not everyone was impressed with the 21-year-old's win, with Customs confiscating her tiara at Mumbai Airport.

According to sources, Shrishti had not informed Customs that she was bringing the diamond-encrusted tiara to India.

Shrishti saw off competition from 49 contestants from different countries.

This is India's second win in a row at the Miss Asia Pacific World pageant. Last year, Himangini Singh Yadu won the crown.
