Big B gets a surprise gift on his birthday

As part of a surprise planned by the Rann team for Bachchan, he came face to face with 39 avatars of himself, each one representing a memorable look from his past films. The 40th and last avatar was Bachchan himself, dressed as Vijay Harshvardhan Malik, his character in the film Rann.

The debut screening of the trailer received a strident applause from the media. The screening was followed by a cake-cutting by Amitabh Bachchan to celebrate two special occasions—his four decades of mesmerising fans across the globe and his 67th birthday. (Photo: IANS)
