Birthday girl Megan Fox recently halted an interview over questions about her rumoured pregnancy. The 26-year-old actress is said to be expecting her first child with husband Brian Austin Green.
The actress is already stepmom to nine-year-old Kassius. The Transformers star who married actor Brian Austin Green in June 2010, said that caring for his son from a previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil brings her joy.
"A lot of things make me happy. But I feel unbelievably happy when my nine-year-old stepson tells me I'm beautiful. Kassius is one of the most beautiful things about my life. When I started living with Brian, his son was only two and I was 18. But ever since I've felt like we've created this family together. I've basically been looking after Kassius since he was three and that's part of my world that very few people really ever understood about me. I love being a stepmom and I feel that the experience grounds me when nothing else makes sense in my life," she had said in an interview.
Megan started her body ink collection when she was just 19, but has since changed her mind about some of the artwork. She removed a portrait of Marilyn Monroe from her right forearm in a bid to avoid attracting negative energy.
"I'm removing it. It is a negative character, as she suffered from personality disorders and was bipolar. I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life," she had said.

Megan Denise Fox was born on May 16, 1986 in Rockwood Tennessee. She owes her exotic good looks to French, Irish and Native American ancestry.
Megan did not grow up in a very affluent family but her interest in the arts was always encouraged from a very young age. She began training in dance and drama when she was just 5 and then continued to train in Florida when her family moved there.
By the time she was 13, Megan was already being noticed for her exceptional talent and beauty. Even though she was considered short for the runway at 5'4", she won several awards at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention in Hilton Head Islands, South Carolina.
In time, it was natural for Megan to transition from modeling to acting. She landed her first film role as the spoiled heiress Brianna Wallace in the 2001 Olsen twins comedy Holiday in the Sun. The film was however released direct-to-DVD. She followed this up with guest appearances in television shows such as Ocean Ave., What I Like About You, Two and a Half Men and The Help and was also a series regular on Hope and Faith.
Megan's big screen debut came opposite Lindsay Lohan in 2004. She played the supporting role of Carla Santi, Lindsay's rival in the film Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen.
Even before she was catapulted to Hollywood stardom, Megan was becoming a hot favourite with men's magazines. FHM featured her in its November 2005 issue, and then went on to name her #68 in its list of '100 Sexiest Women in the World' the following year.
Megan's big break came in 2007 when she was cast as the love interest of lead actor Shia LaBeouf‘s character Sam Witwicky in the blockbuster film Transformers. The role got her an MTV Movie Award nomination in the 'Breakthrough Performance' category and also several nominations for the Teen Choice Awards. Megan Fox had certainly arrived with a bang.
The actress returned as Mikaela Banes in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (June 2009). Though panned by critics, the film did well, grossing $836 million in box-office sales.
However the actress could not live up to expectations in her next two films. Then came the dud called Jennifer's Body (2009). Despite Megan's delectable presence, the film about a demonic cheerleader Jennifer Check feeding off the boys in a Minnesota farming town, failed to get moviegoers excited. Jonah Hex, released in June 2010, has not helped Megan make any inroads as a commercially successful filmstar.
Lingerie model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley replaced Megan in Transformers 3, the road ahead for the actress had turned all the more rocky. There had been conflicting reports about her expulsion. While some claimed she fell out with director Michael Bay because he wanted her to put on more weight for her role as Mikaela Banes, others said Megan wanted more money to return to the franchise.
Megan has certainly had her share of disagreement with the Transformer director, lashing out at him in interviews. "He's like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he's not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he's so awkward, so hopelessly awkward," Wonderland Magazine quoted her as saying in its September /October 2009 issue.
Megan was also quoted as saying that she would like to play lesbian superhero Rainmaker from comic book series Gen 13. "I don't want people to protest this, but I would like to be Sarah Rainmaker in Gen 13 if they ever made that into a movie. She's a Native American and I have a little bit of that blood in me. It would be a bit of a stretch. Rainmaker has the ability to manipulate the weather and the movement of water, and in the second issue of the series was revealed as a gay woman," she said.
Despite the ups and downs in her career, nothing has dented Megan's popularity as a sex symbol. She was ranked #37 on Askmen.com's list of '2007 Most Desirable Women' and then rose to #1 on FHM's '2008 Sexiest Women in the World'. In 2008 she made #16 on Maxim's Hot 100 list. Megan has appeared on the cover of nearly every top magazine in the world including Maxim, Cosmo Girl, Paw Print, Jack, FHM, GQ, USA Weekend, Esquire, Empire, Entertainment Weekly and ELLE.
In fact, alarmed by her 'overexposure', a no-Megan day was observed by several US entertainment websites, including Askmen.com and Asylum.com on August 4, 2009. The editors of these publications pledged they would carry no news on Megan for full 24 hours to give their readers some 'reprieve'.
Like Angelina Jolie, the other screen bombshell to whom she is constantly compared, Megan also has a collection of tattoos all over her body. At last count Megan was reported to have eight or nine tattoos, though only seven have been seen in public. These include a poem located at her ribcage, 'Brian' written on her right hip, a 'star & moon' symbol on her right ankle, a symbol for strength on her neck and a double-wave circle pattern on her left wrist. However the most photographed designs are a quote from Shakespeare's King Lear on her right shoulder and a portrait of Marilyn Monroe on her right arm.
She has also appeared on the covers of many magazines. In 2007, she appeared in Maxim, in 2008 she was on the cover of Cosmo Girl, Paw Print, Jack (ITALY), FHM (UK) and GQ. In 2009, the list included, USA Weekend, Esquire, Empire, Maxim, GQ (UK) and ELLE.
Megan met her husband Brian Austin Green in 2004 while both were working in the television show Hope and Faith. He was 30 and she was 18 at the time. In 2006, the two got engaged, but said they had not had any marriage plans. They had a brief break-up in 2009, but reunited later that year.
Megan finally married her Brian Austin Green at Four Seasons Hualalai Resort in Hawaii.
Interestingly, in 2009 Megan had revealed that she is attracted to both women as well as men. "I have no question in my mind about being bisexual. But I'm also a hypocrite. I would never date a girl who was bisexual, because that means they also sleep with men, and men are so dirty that I'd never want to sleep with a girl who had slept with a man," she said.
After Megan's infamous interview in which she attacked her Transformers director Michael Bay as 'Hitler' on the sets, an open letter from unnamed Transformers crew members surfaced on the internet calling the actress 'dumb' and 'ungracious' among other things. Megan, the letter claimed, "shows little interest in the crew members around her. We work to make her look good in every way, but she's absolutely never appreciative of anyone's hard work."
