About Chandni Chowk

In 2014 general elections, Dr. Harsh Vardhan from Bharatiya Janata Party had won the Chandni Chowk Lok Sabha constituency. He won 437938 votes. His opponent was Ashutosh from Aam Aadmi Party. He received 301618 votes. 

In 2009 general elections, Kapil Sibal from Indian National Congress had won the Chandni Chowk lok sabha constituency. He won 465713 votes. His opponent was Vijendra Gupta from Bharatiya Janata Party. He received 265003 votes. 

In 1971 general elections, Subhadra Joshi from Indian National Congress had won the seat. In 1977 general elections, Sikandar Bakht from Janata Party had won the seat. 

In 1980 general elections, Bhiku Ram Jain from Indian National Congress had won the Chandni Chowk constituency. In 1984 and 1989 general elections, Jai Prakash Agarwal from Indian National Congress had won the seat. 

In 1991 general elections, Tarachand Khandelwal from Bharatiya Janata Party won the seat. In 1996 general elections, Jai Prakash Agarwal from Indian National Congress won the seat. 

In 1998 and 1999 general elections, Vijay Goel from Bharatiya Janata Party had won the seat. In 2004 general elections, Kapil Sibal from Indian National Congress had won the seat. 

In 2019 general elections, there are 26 candidates. They are Jai Prakash Agarwal from Indian National Congress, Pankaj Kumar Gupta from Aam Aadmi Party, Shahid Ali from Bahujan Samaj Party, Harsh Vardhan from Bharatiya Janata Party, Anil Kumari from Rashtriya Rashtrawadi Party, Ashok Kumar from Republican Party of India, Inder Sen from Rashtriya Samrasta Party, Mohd. Irfan Javed Qureshi from Ekta Samaj Party, Kamal Kishor from Peoples Party of India, Deepti Chopra from Prism, Dheer Singh from Rashtriya Jansambhavna Party, Ravindra from Kanshiram Bahujan Dal, Richa Katiyar Kanaujia from Right to Recall Party, Vishal Khanna from Sanatan Sankriti Raksha Dal, Virendra Pratap Singh from Apki Apni Party, Shareshtha Arora from Mazdoor Kirayedar Vikas Party, Satdev Singh from Proutist Bloc, Sameer Mirza from Bharat Prabhat Party, Suman Devi from Bharat Lok Devi Party, Sohan Lal Sharma from Rashtra Nirman Party and Saurabh Ranjan from Pyramid Party of India.
