VinFast VF6, VF7 Launched In India; Specs, Price, Features

Vinfast has now officially entered the Indian market with the launch of the VF6 and VF7 electric SUVs. The Vietnamese automaker has launched the VF6 at a starting price of Rs 16.49 Lakh (ex-showroom) and the VF7 at a starting price of Rs 20.89 lakh (ex-showroom).

VinFast VF6, VF7: Specs 

The VinFast VF6 gets a 59.6 kWh battery pack, mated with a FWD system. It boasts a peak power and torque output of 174.3 hp-201 hp and 250 Nm-310 Nm ( for Earth and Wind variants, respectively).

The VF6 Earth variant calims an ARAI range of 468 km and 463 km for the Wind.

On the other hand, the VF7 gets a 59.6 kWh and a  70.8 kWh battery option, depending on the variants. The VF6 Wind, packed with the 59.6 kWh battery, generates a peak power and torque output of 174.3 hp and 250 Nm. Meanwhile, the VF7 Earth gets the larger battery pack with a peak power and torque output of  201 hp and 310 Nm.  Additionally, the VF7 Sky and Sky Infinity variants feature a 70.8 kWh battery pack with an AWD setup, generating 348 and 500 Nm of torque.

The VinFast VF6 is equipped with features such as all-LED projector headlamps with auto levelling, acoustic Windshield and glass roof, reverse link ORVM, Keyless entry & go, and more. 

For safety and comfort, it gets ABS, EBD, TCS, HSA, disc brakes, 7 airbags, 360-degree SVM, Cruise Control, multiple drive and regen modes, connected car tech, and more.

The VinFast VF7 is equipped with features like heated ORVM with auto dimming and memory functions, colored HUD projection, signature light in front and rear, C-type 90 W USB port for charging other devices, and other features above the ones in the VF6.
