Tata Harrier.ev was launched in the Indian market earlier in June. Now, the brand has commenced the deliveries of the electric SUV for consumers in the country. This is the first indigenous electric SUV with an all-wheel-drive system and the first in the automaker's lineup since the discontinuation of the Safari Storme. Furthermore, it gets some first-in-segment features, making it an attractive offering for prospective buyers.
Currently, the Tata Harrier.ev is priced from Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom) up to Rs 30.23 lakh (ex-showroom) for the most expensive variant. It offers two battery capacity choices: 65 kWh and 75 kWh. In its dual-motor configuration, the front motor produces 155.8 hp, while the rear motor delivers 234.7 hp.

For off-road capabilities, the Harrier.ev features six driving modes: Sand, Snow, Rock, Mud/Ruts, Normal, and Custom. These modes modify power distribution and suspension settings to suit different terrains.
While the exterior design closely resembles its ICE counterpart with some EV-specific tweaks, the interior of the electric vehicle presents a modern touch with enhanced dashboard elements and a 10.25-inch instrument cluster. The manufacturer claims it features the world's first 14.53-inch Harman-sourced infotainment system, powered by Samsung NEO QLED.
Additionally, the vehicle includes the world's first JBL Black 10-speaker audio system with Dolby Atmos, alongside power and ventilated front seats, a driver seat with memory functionality, a voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, window sunblinds, ambient lighting, and more.
To ensure the safety of its occupants, the brand has equipped the electric SUV with features such as seven airbags, a digital video recorder, TPMS, hill hold assist, hill descent control, rain sensing wipers, an electronic parking brake, all-wheel disc brakes with disc wiping, an AVAS (acoustic vehicle alert system), auto headlamps, and a comprehensive suite of Level 2 ADAS features.
