Hero MotoCorp is preparing to launch a host of new products in the Indian market by Q2 FY2026. The upcoming models of the brand are aimed at improving its position in the market, targeting various segments depending on the consumer needs and demand. Specifically, the brand will launch new products in the ICE segment while simultaneously expanding the options for premium offerings in collaboration with Harley-Davidson and electric vehicles.
To begin with, the brand will concentrate its focus on the highly competitive 125 cc segment in the ICE category. The home-grown manufacturer is planning on launching multiple products in this category in the current quarter, each targeted at a different set of consumers.

The current 125 cc product lineup of the brand consists of models like Xtreme 125cc R, Glamour, Super Splendor XTec, and Glamour XTech. Recently leaked spy shots suggested that the brand is working on an updated version of the Glamour. However, the details have not been confirmed officially.
As for the electric vehicle market, the brand will expand the portfolio of its sub-brand Vida. This is speculated to have new variants of the model. Simultaneously, Hero MotoCorp is planning on launching its second motorcycle developed in partnership with Harley Davidson. This new model will also be based on the 440 cc platform, which underpins the recently discontinued Hero Mavrick 440 and the Harley Davidson X440.
This update comes at a time when Hero MotoCorp's leading position in the domestic two-wheeler market was surpassed last month, July 2025, as it fell to second place in retail sales behind Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI). The introduction of new models is expected to help the company tackle the increasing competition while also concentrating on new segments.
Alongside its domestic business, Hero MotoCorp is also concentrating on broadening its range in international markets. The objective is to achieve approximately 10 per cent of its overall revenue and sales from international operations, with customized products designed to meet the needs of various regional markets.
