In Australia, the Victorian Premier and his Opposition is locked in a bitter blame game over recent racial attacks. Opposition leader Ted Baillieu has squarely blamed Premier John Brumby saying he has failed to confront the problem.
"There is an increasing problem with racist attacks on Indian students, but the state government is in denial and blaming the victims," Baillieu said on Monday night.
