Pornography or erotica: Who decides?

Recently there was a controversy in the Karnataka assembly after some members were accused of watching pornography on their personal phones while the assembly was in session. Then, a similar incident took place in the Gujarat assembly. On We The People, we ask the larger question: Is there too much fuss about this controversy? Also as the society evolves and changes its moral and sexual codes isn't the line between pornography and erotica an extremely subjective one?
