Uttarakhand floods: Man-made tragedy?
Uttarakhand disaster is natural, bit is the damage more man-made. Unbridled construction, open flouting of norms and scant regard for ecology has risked thousands of lives. Was the CAG warning 3 years ago on a disaster waiting to happen ignored?
