Wipro to buy Yardley personal care biz for Rs 214 cr

Wipro Ltd on has said it will acquire personal care brand Yardley for Rs 214 crore. Wipro has signed an agreement with Yardley brand owner Lornamead Group, for its business in Asia, the Middle East, and Australasia.
