External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee who met US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Wednesday evening in New Delhi has said that terrorism is the biggest menace to global peace and tranquility since Cold War. Addressing the media the External Affairs Minister said that Rice has specially come here to express solidarity with India after 26/11.
