A 10-year-old boy was burnt alive on Thursday night allegedly by passengers of a car that rammed into his bicycle. The incident took place in Alipur on the outskirts of the capital. The boy's bicycle was hit by a Qualis carrying a groom's wedding party from Meerut. According to reports, the boy asked them for compensation.
