Surajkund Mela continues to attract visitors

The 31st edition of the Surajkund Mela is almost at a close but continues to attract visitors in droves. The crafts fair that began in 1981 is held every year in February, and is said to be a sure hit every time. The fair showcases the finest handicrafts from across India, and even its neighbouring countries. The theme for this year is Assam. Packed with shopping, food, music and amusement rides, the fair attracts hordes of visitors every day for the two weeks that it is held.
