More than five lakh people visit New Delhi Railway station each day. It's not an easy place to guard, certainly not for the handful of security personnel posted here. And the results are evident. At the Paharganj entrance, passengers are frisked cursorily, but their luggage is completely ignored. Women aren't checked at all.
