The Supreme Court is expected to hear a petition on Friday seeking the shifting of the Professor Sabharwal murder case out of Madhya pradesh. The family believes there will be no fair trail in the state. On Thursday, one of the main accused in this case, ABVP member Vimal Tomar, had a very special guest in the hospital, none other than the Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, raising questions about the fairness of a trial.
